Althea is structured to always give you the fastest internet your connection can provide, instead of legacy telco models that artificially throttle and limit access.
No contracts to lock you in
We believe in your freedom to choose whichever ISP works best for you. Althea will never lock you in with a contract or make you pay to discontinue service.
No hidden fees. No extra costs.
Althea charges one small monthly connectivity fee of $20, and then you only pay for the internet you use. Most families pay between $25 and $40 a month.

Know someone who needs a better internet experience? Refer them to Althea, and you’ll get a $50 credit towards your account after they’ve been an Althea customer for 60 days*.
Got a lot of friends? You can save up to $250 each year on your Althea internet services. The more you refer, the more you save.
* If you refer a friend to Althea and they become an Althea customer, you will receive a $50 credit on your Althea account after your friend has been a customer for 60 days. Althea reserves the right to change or modify the offer at any time. Maximum of $250 in bill credits per year per customer for the Althea referral program. Credit provided is discretionary and includes applicable taxes (based on the taxes levied in the province of supply) therefore the value displayed on your bill is the value before tax. Bill credits are applied within 2 to 6 weeks of friend’s 60-day milestone.
